New PVC temporary building in place for the restoration

By lunchtime the cover was in place, and at the end of the day (6pm) it was all tensioned up. A big thank you to all who came to help – this was much appreciated. Not an easy job by any means.

The cover had to be removed in order to turn it through 90deg. Hard work. It was laid out and prepared for re-installation with the pulling ropes fastened just to the fabric. There was nothing about this in the written instructions, and only obtained from Easy Buildings yesterday. The cover was pulled over with great difficulty, even though Rob had brought his ‘A’ team – there were 3 or 4 men on each rope, but the cover kept snagging.
